The Executive Team discussed the compensation study results along with additional data from HR and worked through a number of budget projections. We look forward to continuing this work with the institution wide compensation committee and will be providing a community presentation. As we finalize the timelines for this we will have more communications.
Other discussions include an update on HR position trends versus our budget and preparing for the upcoming quarterly strategic retreat.

The full University and Clerc Center Executive Team held a meeting focused on the Gallaudet University Regional Centers (GURCs) and the vision for how they can and will meet the needs of deaf learners across the country. We were joined by Anne Grace Donatucci, Clerc Center Strategic Planning and Communications Officer; Stephen Farias, Superintendent Demonstration Elementary and Secondary Schools; and Anna Ramach, Clerc Center Director of Operations.
There are currently four regions- West, Mid-West, South, and East. We discussed each of the regions and their current status, staffing, and near-term plans, as well as long-term ideas to expand the reach and impact of these centers in reaching deaf people, families, and professionals. GURCs are a critical component of our future work and strategy and we are excited with all they are doing and their potential for growth and reach.
