This week the Executive Team received an update regarding the compensation study from CBIZ, the external consultant who has been working with the Compensation Study Advisory Committee on this process. The firm provided an update on the data assessed to date. The ET is determining what additional information might be needed to create a complete assessment and implementation plan.
