This week the Executive Team focused on the next step of our strategic plan, Gallaudet Promise: Phase III. The plan is not intended to capture everything we are doing across campus, but rather to highlight key priorities that will move Gallaudet forward into the future. The full plan is currently being refined and will be shared with the community in October.
The process for tracking and reporting progress will look different from previous phases. Each division will have a strategic lead responsible for gathering information on the metrics assigned to their division and reporting monthly progress to their Executive Team member. Each Executive Team member will then report to the President on the status of the plan.

As the strategic leads reach out for information and updates, please provide the information they need so we can accurately track progress and identify barriers or challenges. We anticipate the first report will be completed in mid-November.
